I hand-dye and handspin all my yarn. My favorite to work with are the mohair locks I picked up on a field trip to a local farm in Sealy, Texas. The lustre and natural variations of gray, white, and black are gorgeous, as are the curls that I leave when I spin--I like my yarn chunky and perfectly imperfect! Below is a throw I made from many batches of yarn I spun and knitted, and following are some my mohair-based yarns.
